Neurophysiological Data Analysis
Introductory course to various standard techniques used for analysing neuronal time series data.

Description: The course covers the most significant mathematical data analysis methods which are useful for understanding the neurophysiological processes and allows the extraction of more information from the measurements. We will start with the traditional ones but reach the most advanced contemporary methods, while open questions of the field will also be discussed. Although our guiding lines will be the analysis of the electrophysiological signals, the learned techniques will be applicable in principle to all branches of science and not only science but everywhere, where the aim is to reveal the structure and function of a complex system.
