Thyroid hormone dependent regulation of adult hypothalamic neurogenesis mediated metabolic control
The goal of this study is to investigate how thyroid hormone dependent mechanisms affects hypothalamic neurogenesis

Regulation of thyroid hormone dependent brain signaling
The goal of this project is to study thyroid hormone signaling in the hypothalamus and generate transgenic mouse models to assess thyroid hormone action in vivo and ex vivo.

Metabolic and Xenobiotic Control of Thyroid Hormone Metabolism
The goal of the project is to investigate the D3 paradigm from the perspective of various physiological or pathological contexts in different tissues, examining the effects of inactivating thyroid hormone signaling by D3 in the model of stroke, cardiac hypertrophy and diabetes.
