Detection of neuropeptide colocalization in human hypothalamic neurons
Use of an immersion-fixed human hypothalamic sample for confocal microscopic analysis of neuropeptide coexpression. Results provide evidence for a considerable overlap between Substance P (SP), kisspeptin (KP) and neurokinin B (NKB) neurons of the infundibular nucleus.
