Antibody generation

We generate antibodies against difficult antigens or against antigens that we plan to very frequently detect in our laboratory. 

We use thyroglobulin-conjugated peptides or recombinant proteins to generate antisera in rats, mice, rabbits or sheep. If necessary, affinity purification is used to increase the specificity of the antisera.
