Several researchers from our institute also applied for the Bolyai Fellowship, the most prestigious scholarship for young researchers in Hungary, which was awarded this year to Balázs Göcz. Congratulations!

The Reproductive Neurology Research Group, led by Erik Hrabovszky, has had a truly successful few years. The numerous, carefully designed and precisely executed experiments, the discussion of the results obtained, and the conclusions drawn convinced the reviewers, leading to the publication of their work in highly prestigious journals, with Balázs Göcz serving as the first or co-first author on several of these papers.

And Balázs has excelled in more than just this. Last year, he won the NKFIH “Starting Grant” for young researchers and a Richter thematic grant, both of which provide significant financial (and, to some extent, moral) support for further high-quality work and major discoveries.

We wholeheartedly congratulate Balázs Göcz on his personal success, and we wish his group leader and the entire group continued success, as well as further discoveries that advance science.
